Friday, June 1, at Unity Cemetery near Crossett, Ark., under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.A remembrance service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the First Church of God.Mr. Carter died Sunday, May 27, 2018, at Providence Assisted Living. He was born on April 25, 1920, in Ashley County, Ark., and was the son of the late Ruben Joseph Carter and Annie B. McCoy Carter.Jack was a clock builder and was a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors (NAWCC). He was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church.Jack was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Joan Carter and one daughter.He is survived by daughter Mary Ann Greco of Geneva, N.Y.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.Online condolences may be made on our website at www.nfhgrenada.com.Mortimer National Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.Gary Wayne ClarkMr. Gary Wayne Clark, 60, of Grenada, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018, at the Tallahatchie General Hospital in Charleston.He was born May 19, 1958 in El Paso, Texas, to John Wayne and Annie Bell Gentry Clark. Gary was employed with U.S. Cattle Corporation and GT&Y Water Association for many years. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and the Geeslin Corner Fire Department.Funeral services were Wednesday at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Dr. Bob Self and the Rev. Sherman Barnette officiating.
